- Billing Cycle: Monthly payment is calculated based on 30 consecutive days, and annual payment is based on 365 consecutive days. Data is stored and counted in UTC, and displayed in the user's time zone.
- Over-Quota Handling: For Pro plan, once the monthly quota is exceeded, charges will be applied retroactively based on the actual overage amount. For free plan: service remains available after exceeding the quota, but protection features will be disabled.
- Plan Upgrade/Downgrade: Real-time upgrades take effect immediately, and fees are refunded or offset based on the pro-rated calculation of the remaining cycle; downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, and the original permissions are retained for the current cycle.
