Abnormal Traffic Monitoring and Handling

Adjust the "Verification Mode" and "Site Status" in real time based on malicious traffic trends. Follow these steps:

1. Monitor the Trend of Malicious Traffic

  • Open the "Data Statistics Overview → Verification Traffic Trend" module, and select the target site and time range (e.g., "Past 24 Hours").
  • Pay attention to the changes in "Security Policy Blocking Volume" and "Answer Error Blocking Volume"; a significant increase indicates recent high volumes of malicious requests.

2. Adjust Verification Difficulty to "Hard"

  • Navigate to the "Site Management → Site Details → Site Configuration" page.
  • Select the "Hard" mode in the "Verification Mode" option. This mode offers the highest security level and is suitable for high-risk scenarios (PRO and above versions only).

3. Pause Site Service to Block Attacks

  • If the site is subjected to continuous large-scale malicious traffic, it is recommended to temporarily "Pause Service".
  • Click "Pause Service" at the top of the "Site Details" page; after confirmation, the captcha function and all traffic requests will be disabled immediately.

4. Resuming Service and Ongoing Protection

  • After the attack subsides, you can click "Start Service" in the "Site Details" page to restore the service and continue monitoring.
  • Consider combining this with IP whitelisting by adding trusted IPs in "Site Configuration" to reduce false-positive risks.

In this way, based on real traffic and blocking data, you can flexibly increase the verification difficulty to a high security level or directly pause the site, minimizing risks and potential losses.
